Many Christians see God only as a Healer they hope will heal them someday. But Scripture shows us that healing was already provided through Christ’s redemptive work.
Instead of trying to persuade God to heal us, we are called to develop faith to receive and appropriate what has already been made available in Christ.
Healing is not something God is deciding about today; it was settled in His redemptive plan before the foundation of the world and manifested through Jesus.
Therefore, we do not approach God as beggars hoping for mercy but as redeemed sons and daughters standing on covenant promises.
Through Christ’s finished work, provision has already been made. Our part is to renew our minds to this truth, build our faith on God’s Word, and confidently lay hold of what belongs to us in redemption.
Do not wait for healing as though it were uncertain.Embrace it as part of your inheritance in Christ.
Stand on the Word.
Declare His promises.
And by faith, appropriate the healing that has already been secured for you.
We must move from a passive “waiting for God to heal me” mindset to an active faith that receives what Christ has already accomplished.
