James Emissah Kuranchie is a respected minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, committed to faithfully serving God and humanity in his generation. He is a founding member of the Kingdom Power Family International, a Charismatic Word-based church with its headquarters in Accra.
Currently, James is the senior pastor of the Swedru branch of the Kingdom Power Family International. He is spiritually endowed and gifted to minister in the areas of singing, deliverance, healing and teaching. His ministry has blessed many souls in cities and villages in Ghana.
James Emissah Kuranchie obtained quality biblical education from School of Christ in Accra and he first pastored Bible Missionary Church in Accra for seven years. He has been actively involved in church activities since his childhood.
He was not idle when God called him into the ministry; he worked as an auto sprayer for 20 years during which he learnt practical leadership qualities including endurance, perseverance, supervision and mentoring.
Born at Abuenu, a community in the Abura Asebu Kwamankese District near Cape Coast, in the Central Region, on 4th January 1961, James completed elementary school in 1977.
He is happily married to Mrs Grace Kuranchie and they are both blessed with three sons and two daughters.
