The Beautiful Job Christians Do

By Pastor Derek Amoo-Sakyi

“And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, ‘ *How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!” Romans 10:15

In Israel, the best news to carry to the nation is that the army has been victorious in a battle or war over their enemies.

The dirty feet of the couriers who brings such news are considered beautiful to the hearers.

Today, we Christians have been sent by the Lord as harbingers of the Good News that the Lord Jesus Christ has defeated Satan, the world and sin.

By this victory, we do not need to live in bondage again! Anyone who believes in this message will have eternal life, freedom, healing; a believer will not be damned.

The feet of Christians who proclaim the gospel of Christ Jesus to the world for the salvation of sinners are indeed beautiful.

The Spirit of God is here with us on earth to help us do this beautiful work that translates a sinner from darkness to light.

As we set out each day, let’s confess that our feet are beautiful because we are sent with the Good News. God will surely bring someone in our way to hear the Good News.
