The Rise Of Papacy In Pentecostal Churches

‎There is a dangerous wind blowing through the modern Pentecostal Church and many are too emotionally intoxicated to discern it. What once looked like honor has quietly mutated into unquestioned loyalty. What once was spiritual covering is now becoming spiritual perversion.

‎History is not silent. There was a time when men were burned alive for daring to hold Scripture above the voice of a man. They were called rebels, heretics, enemies of God, simply because they refused to bow to traditions spread by Religious Leaders that contradicted truth. The tragedy is not just that it happened… but that it is happening again, this time in a different garment.

‎Today, in many Pentecostal circles, we are witnessing the subtle enthronement of men above what is written. Apostolic and prophetic voices, gifts given by God, are slowly being treated as if they are beyond correction, beyond questioning, beyond Scripture itself.

And the moment anyone rises to test teachings against the Word of God, the mob gathers.

‎Not with stones. Not with fire.

‎But with posts, insults, character assassination, and digital crucifixion.

‎We have learned how to burn people without flames.

‎A generation that claims to be led by the Spirit now reacts with worldly rage when confronted with truth. Instead of searching the Scriptures like the Bereans, many rush to defend personalities. Instead of weighing doctrine, they protect reputations. Instead of exalting Christ, they exalt men.

‎This is not honor. This is idolatry in a religious suit.

‎Yes, there are those who attack Pastors especially pentecostal ministers out of rebellion, pride, and bitterness, but do not be deceived. Among the noise, God is raising voices who are not attacking men, but confronting error. Voices that refuse to bow to systems that contradict the teachings of Christ. Voices that carry the burden of truth, even when it costs them acceptance, platforms, and relationships.

‎The tragedy is this: the same Church that should discern truth is now silencing it.

‎When loyalty to a man becomes stronger than loyalty to Scripture, you have already crossed into dangerous territory. Because any voice, no matter how anointed, that cannot be tested by Scripture is a voice that is already drifting into deception.

‎The Bible does not stutter:

‎“Do not go beyond what is written.”

‎“Test every spirit.”

‎“Let God be true and every man a liar.”

‎These are not suggestions. They are safeguards.

‎1 Corinthians 4:6 ” And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might LEARN IN US NOT TO THINK OF MEN ABOVE THAT WHICH IS WRITTEN, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another.”

‎If your “father” cannot be questioned by Scripture, he has already taken a seat that belongs to God alone.

‎If your loyalty makes you blind to error, it is no longer loyalty, it is bondage.

‎If truth becomes offensive because of who it confronts, then truth has already left the room.

‎This is how dark ages begin not with ignorance, but with the rejection of correction.

‎The Church must wake up.

‎We cannot shout “Holy Ghost fire” while burning truth and those who bring it.

‎We cannot claim to follow Christ while silencing His Word.

‎We cannot preach freedom while enslaved to personalities.

‎Let every man be honored, but never enthroned above what is written.

‎Let every voice be respected, but always tested.

‎Let Scripture remain the highest authority, unchallenged, unbent, and unbroken.

‎Because the moment a man rises above the Word…

‎darkness is no longer coming.

‎IT HAS ALREADY BEGUN.
